Our field is diagnostic and treatment equipment: endoscopy systems, ultrasound scanners, ENT workstations. We do more than ship hardware — we select a configuration that fits the facility, commission it on site and train the staff to work with it.

What are the delivery times?

It depends on the item and its configuration. For ultrasound systems the typical lead time is up to 45 days after prepayment. The exact time is stated in the quote for your specific set.

What warranty comes with the equipment?

Warranty service for 12 months from the date of delivery. Once the warranty ends we continue maintenance and repair on contractual terms.

Are installation and training included in the price?

Yes. The price covers delivery to the end customer, installation and commissioning, and a technical briefing for the staff on day-to-day operation.

Why are there no prices on the website?

The cost of medical equipment depends on the configuration, the number of transducers and additional modules, so a single price does not exist. We prepare a quote for the specific task of your facility — send a request and we will reply within one business day.

Do you work with public healthcare facilities?

Yes, we work with both public and private facilities across Ukraine. We prepare procurement documents and provide technical specifications.

Can a set be tailored to a limited budget?

Yes. The configuration is flexible: the base unit can be extended with transducers and modules over time. Tell us about the task and the budget and we will propose several options.

Does the equipment come with registration documents?

Yes. We supply equipment from leading manufacturers — Fujifilm (Japan) and Otopront (Germany) — with the full set of documents required for operation in Ukraine.
